My Little Yellow Dog

An oil study of my father's last living brother. My husband's work has taken me to Saudi Arabia where I live most of the year. I try to get 'back home' each summer to visit family and friends. Uncle Ronald has always been a favourite! Sadly, because of the covid travel restrictions I could not visit him this year. My cousin set up facetime visit during which we shared memories of my father (his favourite bother), traded old jokes, and he showed off his little yellow dog; and we planed (and hoped) for an in person visit next Summer. He is 92 years old - I am hoping and praying we can indeed keep that appointment.
