My submission for this months PleinAir Salon Competition is a recent Oil painting on panel of a view along the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia during the peak of leaf color change in the fall which is always a big event during this time of the year. It is also the first painting in a series of paintings that I am planning to work on during my down time as a VCUarts instructor during the Winter break of 2020.
